In the last 15 years our efforts have been recognized with over 65 sales achievement awards and 23 Rep of the Year awards from many of our industry's leading manufacturers.
We have not only won the confidence of our dealers through long term sales strategies, but have also become an important resource for their business. We use several vehicles to maintain a steady education campaign including one-on-one training and group seminars, internally produced web streaming programs and video conferencing training events. Online Marketing has a dedicated sound system specialist solely dedicated to assist our customers in site surveys, system specifications and product application. We also provide to our customers EASE data modeling to assist and promote their efforts with our products.
Another benefit enjoyed by our customers is EZBinder, the first web-based product binder in our industry. Online Marketing pioneered the web-based rep binder, which makes available every price sheet, every spec sheet, CAD files, control protocols and all the needed support material that our customers need on a secure, password-protected web site. We have over 750 registered users that download over 100 files each day from our massive support library.In addition to the main office located in Northeast Ohio, Online Marketing has three field sales offices located in Indianapolis, Detroit and Western Pennsylvania. We cover our territory with 8 field sales representatives, all of whom are seasoned veterans of our industry. Our representatives are supported by an internal staff of 8 people that handle bookkeeping, customer service, shipping and receiving, literature fulfillment, IT and web support and EASE drawings.
