Mark Taylor
Principal

Mark has been a musician and audiophile all his life. His initial business success came during his five and a half years as General Manager for the Professional Division at Audio-Technica during which time he took the company from $5 to $14 M in annual sales. It is Mark’s continued drive for success and clarity of vision that earmarks many of the distinctions that set Online AV apart from its competitors. Today, aside from handling key accounts, Mark runs the Online operation, from configuring our SAP systems, to outlining the administrative roles with regard both to responsibility and policy, to defining our approaches for the sales people, to making a critical presentation at a key account. Mark is a huge reason there is no other rep distributor like Online. His presence in the building (except for his periodic trips to key pro accounts) frees Milo and Mike to be on the road virtually all the time—highly unusual for rep principals—but one of the main reasons we keep growing when others stagnate.

Mike Wuellner
Principal


Mike brings an extensive pro audio background and a creative balance to the management of Online. Starting out in the late seventies mixing live sound for headline bands in his native Detroit and engineering top ten albums in Hollywood studios in the eighties, Mike landed at the Pro Audio Division at Nakamichi and then partnered with Mark at Audio Technica. In addition to working with Mark on the future direction of the company, much of Mike’s time is spent in the field calling on accounts and developing ideas for product campaigns, refining training programs, identifying areas of focus for our salespeople and managing the sales efforts for our vendors. Mike keeps his eyes and ears in the field to properly focus our sales efforts and insure success for our vendors. There probably aren’t many other rep principals who make forty calls a month.

Ernie Teppert

Like most of the rest of us in this business Ernie has had a lifelong passion for things audio/video. His twenty some years in retail sales have been hallmarked by his ability to rise to the top in any sales organization to which he has belonged.

His successful management both of those around him and the business itself has put him in a strong position to offer Online customers not only product knowledge but also motivational chops to get people behind a product.

Marc joined our company at the beginning of 2001. Bringing Marc into our fold was a strategic move to bolster our sound reinforcement resources. Marc's experience in this area is vast and Marc has quickly proven himself a great resource to our customers and to our sales staff.

Dave Kocias

Dave joined the Online team in November of 2006 after many years of experience in the professional audio field. Dave spent 4 years as an independent outside sales rep in the Ohio territory before moving into the contracting field. There, he spent nearly 7 years designing, selling and supporting sound systems in nearly every conceivable type of venue, from small churches to large stadiums.

Dave brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism to his new position. Dave's excellent organizational skills, extensive experience and genuine desire to partner with his customers will ensure the best possible service for all of his accounts. Dave's territory includes Eastern Kentucky, Southern Ohio and much of North East Ohio

Jon Johnson

Jon started out his career on the retail floor of Akron Music, where he designed and installed sound systems for local houses of worship and entertainment venues. After five years of service he ventured into front of house and monitor engineering, and established himself as a successful studio engineer, helping local bands break into the national scene. Opportunity knocked in 2006 as Jon became part the House of Blues Cleveland audio team, which led to national touring. In early 2009 Jon brought his retail, studio and live sound experience to Online Marketing to assist MI retail stores of all sizes across the greater Ohio and Indiana territories.

Steve Grigdesby joins Online Marketing with 30 years of professional audio and contracting sales experience with a top Midwest based contractor.  Over the years Steve has proven himself a solid professional that understands our evolving technologies and how to apply them to provide successful AV solutions and sound systems for literally hundreds of clients.

Debbie brings to us 10 years of accounting experience and a positive, hard working attitude. Her hands on guidance of both direct and distribution sales at Online have contributed dramatically to an inside staff so capable it was named "Inside office of the year 2002" by Marantz America inc.

Paul is an Online veteran and his extensive audio production and sales training background strengthens the support of our sales efforts as well as provides in-depth technical support for our customers. Paul handles technical, application and other sales questions, and will help drive sales campaigns from the inside.

In addition to providing tech support to the entire staff and restructuring the new Online website, Carlos is a vital part of keeping our salespeople informed and our dealers well educated. Implementing broadcast emails, creating promotional material for sales reps and dealers alike, he also oversees training registrations, EZ-Binder member support and keeping the 22 in-house PC's on speaking terms. He also knows a thing or two about DJ products, being a Professional Disc Jockey for over nine years.
