 Milo Koisch Principal

Since graduating from Notre Dame, Milo's career in the consumer electronics industry has spanned virtually every aspect of the business including strategic marketing, product design, sales motivation and more. With nearly 20 years in our industry, Milo has established a strong reputation for assessing strengths and weaknesses and performance oriented strategic planning.
His roles in the industry include Market Development Manager for Electro-Voice's Music & Hi-Fi Divisions and Executive V.P. for Signet and Design Acoustics loudspeakers. Prior to Online A/V, as president, Milo was responsible for the entire corporate direction for CTI Audio, Inc., (CAD and ASTATIC brand names) and guided the company through the most successful period of growth in its history.
Milo's talents are extremely diverse; he has obtained three utility patents, and designed numerous highly successful consumer products and home speaker systems including the Design Acoustics PS-10. But what ultimately led him to join Mike and Mark to create Online A/V was Milo's driving desire to do what he loves and does best: selling and helping others sell.

Jim's successful five year tenure as a rep in Ohio, West Virginia, and Western PA, plus his experience running his own custom install company, together with his 12 years of retail experience have enabled him to relate to all sides of the audio/video/integration business. But it's his upbeat attitude, his willingness to spend the time it takes to train salespeople and his commitment to go the extra mile that make him a crucial member of the Online AV team.

Jim Baker Sales

Jim joins Online with nearly 20 years selling audio and video in Indiana and Kentucky. A veteran of both retail and factory sales, he will continue to solve problems and provide solutions to our client base from his home office in Indianapolis. He’s won nearly every award possible for sales, and leadership in product and sales training, specializing in teaching people how to add to their technical and sales chops.

Debbie brings to us 10 years of accounting experience and a positive, hard working attitude. Her hands on guidance of both direct and distribution sales at Online have contributed dramatically to an inside staff so capable it was named "Inside office of the year 2002" by Marantz America inc.

 Paul Christensen Inside Sales Support

Paul is an Online veteran and his extensive audio production and sales training background strengthens the support of our sales efforts as well as provides in-depth technical support for our customers. Paul handles technical, application and other sales questions, and will help drive sales campaigns from the inside.

Brenda, who joined Online in the Fall of 2006 with more than 20 years of Customer Service experience, is bright, cheerful, and has great people skills. She uses her skills and experience to assist with all customer needs, requests, and issues, and to manage the sample process.

Danielle, a recent and pleasant addition to the Online team brings years of customer service skills and an impeccable attention to detail. Her personality and drive keeps the customer service department envigorated on a daily basis.

Carlos spends his day bringing our marketing and sales ideas to life. Whether it's a single page flyer announcing a new product, a meticulously timed out multimedia presentation, training registrations or a newly updated web page on our sites, we can rely on him to make it happen. Carlos is a vital part of keeping our salespeople informed, our dealers well-educated as well as keeping the 32 in-house PC's on speaking terms.
